Our Conservatory is designed to satisfy a need in the community for an INDOOR
GARDEN AREA able to accommodate small groups (50-60 people) for wedding,
receptions and other small events. A stained glass chapel door at the
Conservatory's entrance introduces the Victorian -style decor. The entrance of the
Conservatory includes a large stone waterfall and reflecting pool keeps the
Victorian theme. A small social area including a three-tiered fountain and built in
statuary allows room for guests to mingle. Along the perimeter, serpentine brick
planters encased with beautiful blooming and tropical plants keep the atmosphere
of a tropical Victorian paradise. In order to serve you best, we believe there
should be some information everyone needs to know before deciding to use the
Conservatory.

$650.00 rental which includes a deposit of $150.00 fully refundable after the
wedding if no damages or contract penalties. $75.00 will be charged if a rehearsal
is needed AFTER our regular business hours 8:00am-5:30pm Monday - Saturday.
Otherwise rehearsal DURING business hours is complimentary.

Rental time is 3 1/2 hours (day or evening), includes dressing time at the
Conservatory. There is a $50.00 per hour charge over your 3 1/2 hours (10min
considered 1/2 hour).
$350.00 rental during limited daytime hours Mon-Sat. seating up to 25 chairs (no
reception) or 1 hour limited. $750.00 Sunday rental, 3 1/2 hours. Additional hour
is available on request at no charge. If AM set up time is needed, we will open only
from 10:30am-11:30am at no charge.

Cancellations: Full refund if paid by cash, and if 45 days orr more before reserved
date. Exception: Credit card fee of 3% deducted on credit card payments. No
refund if less than 45 days before reserved date.

Full Payment for event is required 21 days or more before reservation date. Any
payment made 20 days or less before date must be made by cash or credit card.
We provide at no additional costs: 60 white folding chairs, 6ft oblong table, 8ft
oblong table, round guestbook table, dressing rooms.

We do not allow personal flowers, whether purchased or hand made, from outside
sources.
We are not trying to be difficult but flowers are our business and we feel our
quality and name are part of the reason you have choosen Morrison's. We want to
be your florist and look forward to serving you and your future generations.
Since so many brides choose to use our Conservatory for either their wedding
and/or reception, we must limit the use to the brides whose flowers we are
furnishing. We ask that if you want to rent our Conservatory, we must design your
wedding flowers whether silk, dried or fresh. Prices on wedding flowers are in
addition to the rental fee of the Conservatory.
